To secure the reservation, we request advance payment, which can be made via bank deposit or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of the reservation without any charges can only be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Cancellation after the 7-day period or a no-show will result in a 100% charge of the deposit. There will be no refund or credit for accommodation on any other date for requests outside the specified period. Failure to cancel within the specified period and the non-arrival of the guest on the scheduled check-in day will result in a full charge for the reserved period.
